Originally from Long Island, New York, Chelsea graduated from the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts. After working in New York as an actress, sound designer and personal assistant, she moved to Ireland where she attended Trinity College Dublin, earning a Masters of Philosophy in Irish Film, Theatre & Music.
Chelsea currently works as a Development Executive at Element Pictures, having previously worked as a Development Executive at Blinder Films, and a Script Editor at the hit soap-drama Red Rock.
